Listing Specialist

You are the first filter between a developer's pitch and our investment committee. You source completed, leased commercial assets across the UAE, build the underwriting file, and shape how the deal is presented to investors once it clears.

What you’ll do
Source and screen assets from developers, brokers and ownersAssemble the underwriting pack: tenancy schedule, valuations, technical and title diligenceModel yield, service charges and reserve requirements with financeWrite and publish the listing — data room, financials, tenant profile
What we’re looking for
4+ years in UAE commercial real estate — acquisitions, investment sales or valuationFluency with leases, service charges and DLD processesThe discipline to decline nineteen assets to list oneClear written English; Arabic an advantage

Legal Expert — Strata Model

You own the structure itself: the SPV that holds each building, the deed registered against it, and the documents that move shares between investors. Strata ownership only works if this layer is exact.

What you’ll do
Incorporate and maintain each asset's SPV; keep shareholder registers accurateRun DLD title transfers and registration alongside external counselDraft subscription, transfer and shareholder agreements for primary and secondary tradesAdvise the business on regulatory boundaries as we add products
What we’re looking for
Qualified lawyer with 5+ years in UAE real estate or corporate structuringDirect experience with SPVs, jointly-owned property and strata titleWorking knowledge of DFSA/ADGM or comparable frameworksComfortable turning legal detail into plain-language investor documents
