How buying on the market works

Four steps · nothing moves until the deed is verified
1 · Review the assetOpen a listing and read the whole thing — the building, the tenant, the lease, the developer and the document pack. Nothing is behind the purchase.
2 · Confirm and payYour money goes to escrow, not to the seller. The price is the one on the listing; it is set server-side and cannot change after you commit.
3 · Sign the transfer deedBoth sides sign a registered transfer deed. Compliance verifies it, exactly as they do on a first-time purchase.
4 · Units move to youOnly once the deed is verified do the units leave the seller's holding and arrive in yours — and the next rent distribution pays you.

Your funds sit in escrow for the whole of steps 3 and 4. If the seller does not sign, or compliance refuses the deed, the trade is cancelled and the money is returned — you are never left having paid for units you did not receive.
